Introduction Week Video 3. The Life-enhancing Eleven Steps (Audio)
After 50+ years of researching Human Development and the spiritual realm, Dr. Gil Gockley wrote a 389-page Training Manual, Self-knowledge, Spiritual Knowledge, Living Knowledge. Welcome to Dr. Gil’s Love-centered Meeting House, where love triumphs over fear and anger, awareness, open-mindedness, inner goodness, and acceptance triumph over judging others.
Four weekly Introduction Videos are presented (weeks one – four) to encourage an individual:
1) to set up a smaller satellite meeting house and invite others to join
2) to order Training Manuals for all members of the meeting house.
Eight weekly Training Videos (weeks five – twelve) have two expectations:
1) SELF-STUDY: each member listens to Dr. Gil’s training video (one per week), completes a few pages of the assignments every day (10-minutes-per-day), and meditates daily (20-minutes-per-day).
2) DISCUSSION TIME: after completing the self-study, members of the meeting house meet as a group for 1 - 2.5 hours to discuss the knowledge and life skills presented.
This is a 60-day Spiritual Retreat! It is a life-transformation experience when individuals stay connected with the spirit within daily! Individuals are strongly encouraged to find and concentrate on Love and avoid all fear-based manipulators and False Prophets! The goal is to Be In-love and Walk in the Light seven days a week.
Introduction Video Three presents the life-enhancing eleven steps to total wellness.
The ELEVEN STEPS:
i) be aware of your feelings
ii) connect with your inner Self
iii) deal appropriately with your feelings
iv) touch the Spirit within through meditating and contemplating, act upon Five Spiritual Gifts, act upon Jesus’ messages, and contemplate the 30 Theses
v) character traits
vi) Value Skills
vii) self-affirmations
viii) self-discovery activities
ix) inner goodness
x) physical wellness
xi) social wellness
